    • "Try again" - This option would cause the actuator to go up, and then back down, carrying the cantilever beam with it. This option should not be used especially in the middle of wear testing as it will affect the test data.

    • "Quit and exit" - This option exits the test interface back to the tribometer's main manu. Use this option to remove the error message. If the motor is running and the wear test is still ongoing, wait till the end of the test before clicking this option so that full data for the test would still be recorded
